Real Figures

The name of Real Figures was inspired by the book Real Numbers (by Jean E. Cunningham, Orest Fiume) which caused a revolution in approaching management accounts in the USA. This book proposes to replace “Complexity” and “Secrecy” with “Simplicity” and “Clarity”.

And of course “real figures”. Figures which are transparent to each manager or entrepreneur and which he or she can use to their advantage for control and intervention.

That is what we’re about.

Real Figures is affiliated with a network of independent financial interim managers.

What do we do?

Our primary function is as financial interim managers. For shorter or longer periods we can be employed for assignments such as: interim controller, assistant controller, finance manager or chief accountant. We also do projects like AO/IC-implementation, Management Report set-up, Annual Accounts, organizing the accounts department, and Shared Service Center implementation.

In addition we manage the accounts for businesses and take care of fiscal declarations such as income tax and sales/turnover VAT.

We divided our services in 4 areas: Finance & Administration, Control, Projects and Interim-management.
